Order Processing
Our beauty products may be made to order. Please allow approximately 5–9 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Jamaica Shipping
Shipping within Jamaica is charged at a flat rate of US$11.00. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and fulfillment process.

International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping is charged at the rate displayed at checkout. Standard international transit is generally estimated at 5–14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless specifically stated at checkout.
